I am an AHPRA‑registered psychologist with 10+ years of experience, providing in‑person and telehealth psychological therapy for adults and older adolescents (16+). I am based in Oak Park, Melbourne. Sessions are calm, structured and collaborative, so you know what we’re working on and feel safe to talk about what matters most. Clients often describe working with me as feeling 'fully heard', 'calming', and 'more able to cope with daily challenges.' We review your goals regularly to ensure therapy remains useful.

We begin by clarifying what you want from therapy and what feels most important right now. We set simple aims so progress is easy to see. We choose next steps together. Feedback is welcome at any point.

I support adults and older adolescents (16+) living with ADHD, trauma, anxiety, depression, grief and life changes. For people with ADHD, support focuses on attention, planning, rejection sensitivity, overwhelm and emotion regulation. For gay men and LGBTQIA+ communities, affirming care is provided for greater comfort in identity, relationships, family and minority stress.

Anxiety and panic can feel overwhelming, but therapy offers tools to bring calm and confidence back into daily life. Together we explore your experiences, ease unhelpful thought patterns, and build coping strategies for steadier sleep, calmer days, and more trust in your ability to handle challenges. Sessions blend compassionate support with evidence‑based approaches like CBT and relaxation skills, always paced in a way that feels safe for you.

Living with ADHD can bring challenges in focus, planning, and managing overwhelm. Therapy provides clear strategies to support daily routines, strengthen confidence, and ease emotional swings. We use brief screening questionnaires and in‑depth discussion to understand whether your experiences are consistent with ADHD or something else, and then focus on strategies that help day‑to‑day life feel more manageable.

Depression can leave you feeling stuck or disconnected from what matters. Therapy offers gentle structure, energy‑building habits, and mindset tools to reconnect with purpose. Together we work toward steadier motivation, practical routines, and a compassionate path forward.

Trauma can leave lasting impacts, but recovery is possible. Sessions provide a steady, safe space to reduce distress, practice grounding skills, and process memories at a pace that feels right. The focus is always on strengthening resilience, restoring a sense of safety, and supporting daily life.

Therapy offers an affirming space for identity, dating, relationships, family, and dealing with minority stress. Sessions draw on lived expertise with LGBTQIA+ communities, honouring and celebrating who you are while exploring practical steps for confidence, connection, and wellbeing.

Major changes—study, career, relationships, relocation, migration—can bring uncertainty alongside opportunity. Therapy provides support to clarify next steps, set boundaries, strengthen identity, and build calm momentum through transition.

Your first session covers what brings you to therapy, your goals, and any immediate concerns. We'll discuss how therapy works, confidentiality, and practical details (frequency, Medicare, communication between sessions). Most people leave the first session feeling clearer about next steps and relieved to have started. Ongoing sessions begin with a quick check-in, focus on one or two key themes, and finish with practical strategies or reflections to support you between appointments.
